The Daily Health Check...

We can perform a Daily Health Check that keeps your systems safe and your staff productive.  We’ll drop a small, secure piece of software on your server that will run an automated Daily Health Check of your systems every morning and send you a Start of Day Report showing any faults. You can decide to resolve the problem yourself
or ask us to assist.

 

We’ll check:

 

ü   Your Backup has completed successfully, ensuring your data is safe.

ü   Your Anti-Virus software is right up-to-date so you’re safe from viruses.

ü   Your disk volumes aren’t growing too quickly indicating hidden problems.

ü   Your Exchange email system is within its size limits and will continue to run smoothly.

ü   Your hard disk and memory health to ensure they’re in peak condition.

ü   Your Critical Event Logs to spot other developing problems that could cause downtime.

 

We’ll send you a short note of the results.  If we find problems we’ll act fast to fix the issues you’ve pre-authorized us to fix and contact you for approval to fix the others.
